Private apartment
The project of furnishing the holobyt in the new building of the FERENIT apartment building in Nitra required a complete design of the final building modifications, including floor coverings, plasterboard ceilings, general lighting of the apartment, ceramic wall coverings and sanitary ceramics. The 3-bedroom apartment on the ground floor includes a small garden and a private terrace connected to the living hall connected to the kitchen and dining area.
Most of the atypical furnishing elements were created with an emphasis on the specific requirements of the client. In the living room, space was created for a small built-in wine fridge and an atypical wine cellar. The kitchen and dining room were visually separated from the living room by an integrated wood ceiling grid, and the dining area was complemented by a built-in designer bio fireplace. The project included the preparation of detailed production documentation of all atypical furnishing elements and complete author’s supervision of individual works during the implementation, including the coordination of deliveries.
